Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following delivery services:

1. HCT Logistics – Standard Home Delivery

Applicable to general merchandise and delivered to the shipping address by HCT Logistics.

2. Hsin Hang Logistics – Large Home Appliance Delivery

Applicable to large home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, freezers, and washing machines. Delivery is arranged through Hsin Hang Logistics.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for orders of NT$2,000 or above.
For orders under NT$2,000, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding the order date, weekends, and public holidays).
After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 3–7 business days, depending on the logistics provider.
Deliveries are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times may be extended during national holidays, long weekends, promotional campaigns, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or other force majeure events.
The actual delivery date and time are subject to the courier's delivery schedule and route arrangements.

Large Home Appliance Delivery

Large home appliances (including TVs, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, and similar products) require specialized delivery services. Additional service charges may apply for, but are not limited to:

TV wall-mount installation
Stair carry service (for buildings without elevators or requiring special handling)
Scheduled delivery appointments
Remote area delivery
Old appliance removal and recycling (subject to product type and service area)

Available services and applicable fees are determined by the logistics provider, delivery location, and on-site conditions. If you require installation, special handling, or have any questions regarding delivery, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
